Los 55: Dreifarben-Großfrankatur nach Le Havre: waagerechtes Paar und drei Einzelstücke 6 Kr. preußischblau (1 x dunkle Nuance) mit drei Exemplaren 1 Kr. grün und 1 x 3 Kr. rot in eindrucksvoller, wohl einmaliger Frankaturkombination portorichtig auf Auslandsbrief der 2. Gewichtsstufe (5. französische Gewichtsstufe) aus “DONAUESCHINGEN 10 JAN.” (1868) nach Havre / Frankreich. Einige Werte mit beförderungsbedingten kl. Unebenheiten, die rechte untere Ecke der unteren 6 Kr. ergänzt, Feuchtigkeitsspuren und eine Briefklappe fehlend, sign. DE COOK und Kruschel sowie aktuelles Fotoattest Stegmüller. Trotz der kl. Mängel ein einmaliger Brief in dekorativer und farbfrischer Erhaltung.
Lot 55: Three colours large franking to Le Havre: horizontal pair and three single pieces 6 Kr. Prussian blue (1 x dark shade) with three copies 1 Kr. Green and 1 x 3 Kr. Red in spectacular, an unique franking combination properly franked on international letter the 2nd weight step (5. French weight step) from “DONAUESCHINGEN 10 January” (1868) to Havre / France. Some values with transport related small irregularities, the lower 6 Kr. Supplemented, traces of moisture and a letter flap missing, signed DE COOK and Kruschel as well current photo expertize Stegmüller. Despite the small defects an unique letter in decorative and having bright colours condition.

Lot 2469: Lots – Coins after 1900: All world: original collector’s estate of coins from antiquity to modern times in four old multi-layered coin cases and other containers. Numerous undetermined parts, denarii and other coins from different periods before and after Christ, coins of the Middle Ages and plenty of old German as well as foreign thalers and parts, several China dollars, Russia roubles etc. up to modern silver commemorative coins, coins made of base metals as well as circulation coins. Unfortunately, there are also several replicas, cast and tourist forgeries, and the condition of the coins varies greatly. All in all, certainly a treasure trove with high catalogue and trade value.

Lot 2067: Antiquity to modern times: rustic attic find of coins and medals from all over the world in several containers, together in an old wooden box (with lock and fittings). Lots of silver coins from different periods up to the size of a double thaler (Golden Wedding of Johann von Sachsen 1872). Many old German states, old Europe and overseas with partly better pieces, we saw Brunswick Thaler 1755 IWS, German East Africa 1 Rupee 1901, marksman medals around 1900, pieces from Russia, Hong Kong, China, also two modern silver ounces Australia, but most before 1900. Furthermore also rolled gold (approx. 8 g), coins of base metals, medals, some banknotes etc. All in very different condition, partly tonings, patina, handles, but the material value alone is considerable.
