Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:
The delivery of the goods is worldwide.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of 6 € per order.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a lump sum as follows:

Registered mail up to 500 g within the EU: 10,-€.
DHL parcel up to 30 kg within most EU countries: 17,- €.

outside the EU: shipping with Deutsche Post/DHL: only the actual costs will be charged

Delivery terms

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 3 – 5 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 – 14 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

More details about the payment

Payment by invoice is possible from the 2nd order.
The invoice amount is to be settled within 7 days when paying in advance.
